Our story begins with Oksana Winters, a passionate designer from Riga, Latvia, who found her calling at the Riga Style and Fashion Vocational School. She honed her craft at Rigas Modes, a celebrated name in Latvian fashion, where she developed a deep appreciation for innovative design and exquisite tailoring.

Oksana’s journey led her to Minneapolis, MN, where she spent over 30 years in the fashion industry, creating custom clothing, offering expert styling, and mastering the art of tailoring. Her experience spans decades of dedication to helping people express their unique style and feel their best through thoughtfully curated wardrobes.

A new chapter began when Oksana met her husband, Kjersten Winters, while he was relocating to sunny Southwest Florida. United by their love for fashion and a shared vision of creativity and leadership, they founded Modaology in January 2024. Together, they set out to create a brand that embraces “Art Through Knowledge,” blending their diverse experiences to redefine fashion and empower personal expression.
